Niki Hiron

I have been married for 15 years, have two beautiful daughters and live on a farm in Central Alberta. I have 20 years experience in the medical field, both in administration and working directly with patients in a clinic setting. I started assisting in administration with Community Care Cottages in February 2015, and continue to expand my knowledge and duties within the company and look forward to new opportunities and growth with Karen and her team.

Andrea graduated from her BScN degree in 2001 from the University of Alberta. She worked in the Red Deer Hospital following graduation as a pre and post op nurse for 2 years. She decided to expand her experience by moving to acute medical nursing working with patients dealing with renal failure and diabetes. She stayed there for 15 years and realized her passion for the elderly and the need for quality long term care facilities. She joined the team at Community Care Cottages in May 2015. She is passionate about making sure the residents have all their needs met with quality, loving care. She wants the residents to have joy in the relationships they develope and the daily activities at the cottages. She strives to provide excellent and proficient quality care and develope strong realtionships with the residents and families. She is grateful for this opportunity to be part of Community Care Cottages.
