What Happens Next
Here’s what happens next as we help your loved one prepare for a comfortable and supported move into their new home.
During this stage, we will:
- Review and confirm care details and daily routines with you and your care team
- Coordinate move-in dates and room selection
- Help plan the transfer of medications and personal items
- Introduce you to the Nurse Manager and care staƯ who will be supporting your loved one
- Provide your Resident & Family Handbook so you know exactly what to expect
We’ll also share a short checklist to help with move-in preparations — from packing familiar comforts to arranging family visits and helping your loved one settle in.
