The team at Willow Cottage does a wonderful job of caring for our mother in a home-like, very clean and cozy environment. She is always lovingly treated, and we appreciate the high quality of personal and medical care she receives, as well as the open communication between the staff and our family. At this point in her life, our mother could not have found a more comforting and safe place in which to reside. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Our family continues to feel thankful for the amazing care our mother and grandmother receives from the excellent staff at Harmony Care cottage.

My mum is currently a resident at Harmony Cottages and while she might not remember all the details of the day, she knows where she is living is a good place. She feels safe, is comfortable, and tells us often the staff are wonderful, attentive and good fun.

My father has been a resident of Harmony Cottage in Red Deer for just over two years. He enjoys the meals which are delicious and well planned out. Snacks that often include homemade baking are readily available. Special attention is paid to birthdays and holidays, and families can request meals for family occasions. There are planned daily activities including musicians, light physical activity, visits from therapy animals and walks in the garden. As well, there are services including hair and nail care, and there is a full-time LPN on site, with an on call physician. I am very happy with the care Dad has received and with only 15 residents, it’s so nice to have a small group setting that doesn’t feel institutional. It is nice to see Dad socializing with the other residents, and to see the individual attention he receives from the staff. If he can’t be at home, I am glad he has the next best thing, and that is Harmony.
